As Store Manager, you will recruit and develop staff, manage financials, and ensure asset protection while delivering exceptional service. This position reports to the District Manager and requires a flexible retail schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Store Managers will work 45+ hours a week; hours vary by location.

• Train and supervise Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit, hire, and develop store staff; lead by example.
• Open/close store and manage cash, assets, and compliance.
