• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees; recruit, train and coach staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and ensure timely issue resolution and store appearance.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize service and store image.
• Manage daily cash handling, inventory and reports; analyze sales and expenses to improve profit.
