Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train for use of equipment/tools per CSR/ASM.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Maintain professional and supportive image among subordinates and supervisors.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed and priced correctly.
• Promote a safe, positive public image within the community.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Ensure reports and posters are completed accurately and timely.
