Qualifications

• Retail or supervisory experience required (1–2 years).
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to lead, train, and support a team daily.
• Comfort with design, displays, and light installations.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform hands‑on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with buying decisions and provide outstanding service.
• Lead daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Train and support team members to deliver excellent service.
• Schedule and manage labor efficiently.
• Design and maintain pottery displays and water features.
• Coordinate and oversee customer installations.
