Seed Heritage Watergardens Concept Store is seeking a Store Manager to lead our passionate team, drive engagement, and deliver an elevated customer experience.

You will mentor staff, manage rosters and operations, and partner with State Leadership to build a profitable store while exceeding sales KPIs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in fast-paced fashion retail management, strong leadership, experience with stock control and visual merchandising, and a genuine passion for customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high-volume fashion retail store.
• Experience leading a medium to large team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPIs while staying within budgets.
• Strong eye for detail, styling and visual merchandising.
• Excellent customer relationship skills and service mindset.
