Qualifications

• Proven experience as Retail Store Manager or Sales Manager (min 2 years).
• Background in home improvement or design-related retail.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.
• Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making.
