DAX International is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee inventory processes at our growing distribution sites in the North of Florida. The role emphasizes accuracy in stock levels and SAP-based data management, supporting logistics and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will manage stock data, generate reports, and collaborate across teams, bringing strong organizational skills, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and a commitment to integrity and urgency in daily duties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management.
• Proficiency in SAP and other inventory management software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills and Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator who has a strong background in inventory management and expertise in SAP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory processes ensuring accuracy in stock levels, and utilizing SAP for efficient data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Utilize SAP to track inventory movements and generate reports.
• Collaborate with logistics team to optimize warehouse operations , and deliveries.
• Audit inventories in the different warehouse.
