Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-first culture across all roles and provide coaching.
• Monitor payroll and scheduling to manage hours within budget.
• Drive store to meet monthly income goals through performance leadership.
• Oversee inventory, special orders, receipts, layaway, repairs, and quality standards.
• Set daily sales goals and review performance with the team.
• Build talent bench and staff openings within 30 days.
