You will create an inspiring shopping experience where our guests feel empowered to customize their space. As the Store Manager, you will promote the Frontgate brand at every guest encounter and ensure your team exemplifies brand values, standards, and experiences. Your leadership will guide company programs, increase sales, and set your store to exceed all expectations.
Frontgate offers a curated selection of home furnishings and décor from various periods and origins. Its designers travel globally for inspiration, translating the latest trends into unique, finely crafted products. Frontgate is part of the Cornerstone brands, which include four lifestyle brands that inspire customers to enjoy, enhance, and celebrate life.
With nearly 40 years as a direct marketer of globally inspired home furnishings, Frontgate is expanding through retail and e-commerce. We seek motivated, team-oriented individuals to join our retail team. If this sounds like you, we want to meet you!
Enhance EBITDA by creating a positive environment for both work and shopping, delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Develop strategies to increase sales and build guest loyalty through store programs, including Design Services, Private Label Credit Card, community outreach, and regional events.
Recruit, train, and develop team members across all roles.
Forecast and adjust monthly payroll to maximize productivity and meet sales and workload goals.
5+ years of management experience in specialty or multi-unit retail environments.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems.
Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs.
Note: Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
