As a Store Manager, you will lead your team to achieve outstanding operational results and deliver exceptional customer service. You will report to the Operations Manager and work on-site full-time in Columbus, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales and profit goals by managing expenses, working capital, inventory, and shrinkage, while increasing net contribution.
2. Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer issues efficiently.
3. Engage and motivate staff through training, mentoring, and leadership.
4. Understand local market dynamics, operations-based selling, and customer base.
5. Ensure the store's exterior and interior appearance, including merchandising displays, meet standards.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of retail experience.
• Knowledge of paint and sundries is a plus.
• Flexible working hours, minimum 45 hours/week, valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40-60 pounds regularly.
• Consent to background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record checks.
