Qualifications

• Retail or cosmetics experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; basic computer proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and uphold service standards.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve store sales goals and individual targets.
• Ensure product, brand image, and store presentation are maintained to brand guidelines.
• Assist District/Store leadership with open/close procedures and training.
• Execute visual merchandising and education tools to support sales.
