Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities for the store.
• Support merchandising, staging, stocking and pricing per rules.
• Assist inventory management, damages, markdowns and cashier paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Open/close store duties and cash handling accountability.
• Maintain clean, safe, well-stocked store environment.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
• Complete paperwork and documentation within deadlines.
