The ideal candidate will assist with recruiting, merchandising, inventory controls, and financial integrity while ensuring a safe, well-organized store environment and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret basic store documents and procedures.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit controls.
• Ability to learn and perform IBM cash register functions.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Recruits, hires and trains qualified applicants to fulfill a store need.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and staging of merchandise.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership.
• Operate store in manager's absence and review operating statements.
