Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret diagrams and manuals.
• Able to perform basic math and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist merchandising through staging, stocking and pricing per guidelines.

• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Act as a role model by following company policies and procedures.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure cash control and safe deposits.
