Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees according to laws and Company policies; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provides proper training for employees; conducts performance evaluations; identifies gaps for counseling or termination.
• Manages operating statements to identify trends, expenses, and opportunities.
• Ensures store is opened/closed properly and cash controls are maintained.
• Maintains inventory levels and oversees ordering, replenishment, and cycle counts.
• Ensures merchandise presentation, pricing, and signage meet standards.
