You will help recruit, stock, price, and present merchandise according to guidelines, while maintaining cash controls and safe operating procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ability to perform basic math and percentage calculations.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit controls.
• Familiarity with IBM cash registers and reporting functions.
• Understanding of inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Awareness of store security policies and cash controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Facilitate merchandising, staging, stocking, and pricing per guidelines.
• Contribute to inventory management, damages, markdowns, and stock counts.
• Help meet in-stock targets through proper ordering practices.
• Provide customer service leadership and model company policies.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities and cash handling.
