Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret store procedures and operating manuals.
• Strong mathematical and cash-handling skills.
• Experience with inventory controls, shrink reduction, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising, staging, stocking, and pricing according to standards.
• Assist in inventory management, including damages, markdowns, scans, and paperwork.
• Follow prescribed ordering to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Follow company procedures and policies; act as a role model.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure safe deposit of company funds and cash control procedures.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked stores and a safe environment.
• Operate store in the store manager's absence.
• Review sales, labor, and inventory reports for trends and opportunities.
