Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail preferred; external candidates benefit from prior store experience.
• Knowledge of inventory, cashier controls, and loss prevention basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Support store merchandising, stocking, and pricing per guidelines.
• Manage inventories, receive shipments, and process damages.
• Ensure in-stock targets through proper ordering practices.
• Provide strong customer service leadership.
• Help open/close store and safeguard deposits.
