The role reports to the NA Retail Manager and focuses on building a high-performing team and engaging customers with a 360-degree service mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience in sporting goods or fashion, ideally in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Recruit staff as needed.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff on a frequent basis.
• Monitor inventory management and stock levels.
• Provide guidance on in-store marketing and align with Burton's strategies.
• Provide reporting on store results and performance.
• Manage store budget and net sales planning.
• Act on product warranty cases according to Burton's process.
• Be a Burton brand ambassador.
