Job summary

Burton seeks energetic individuals for its seasonal pop-up store in North Conway, NH. The role involves creating a platinum experience for Burton customers, driving sales, and supporting store operations with a collaborative team of riders and staff.

You will open/close the store as needed, coach other associates, stay knowledgeable about products and events, and engage with the local snowboarding community. Nights, weekends, and holidays required for business needs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Keyholder or sales lead experience in retail.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive a platinum experience for each Burton customer.
• Strive to achieve store sales goals.
• Open & close the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Coach and develop Store Associates.
• Stay current on products, moments, stories and events.
• Assist daily retail operations for smooth store functioning.
• Attend and support in-store events in the local community.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Handle POS operations, shipping/receiving, stocking, housekeeping, and displays.
