Job summary

Colonial Group seeks a Store Manager to lead a Burton pop-up in North Conway, NH, ensuring adherence to Burton Retail standards and delivering a consumer-centric experience. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, optimize stock, and uphold VM standards while driving DTC growth.

The role reports to the NA Retail Manager and focuses on building a high-performing team and engaging customers with a 360-degree service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Recruit staff as needed.

• Monitor inventory management and stock levels.
• Provide guidance on in-store marketing and align with Burton's strategies.
• Provide reporting on store results and performance.
• Manage store budget and net sales planning.
• Act on product warranty cases according to Burton's process.
• Be a Burton brand ambassador.

Summary of Position

The Store Manager is responsible for developing Burton pop-up store in North Conway, NH, according to Burton's Retail standards. Scope of tasks include staff hiring, training and development, customer service in a 360-degree matter, organizing and optimizing store stock & assortment s, and follow VM standards. Reporting directly to the NA Retail Manager. The role is expected to contribute substantially to developing Burton’s DTC department, the store and its staff to archive a consumer centric environment to become the Retailer of the future.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
• Recruit staff, as needed
• Train, mentor, and develp staff on a frequent basis
• Monitor i inventory management
• Give g guidance on In-store Marketing and align with Burton's Marketing strategies
• Provide reporting on store results
• Manage store budget
• Net Sales Planning
• Act on Burton Product Warranty cases according to Burton's warranty process
• Be a brand ambassador for the Burton brand
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of Retail experience or equivalent experience in the field of sporting goods & fashion, ideally in a managerial role.
