Burton is seeking social individuals to join our seasonal pop-up team at our North Conway, NH store. The team connects the brand to the snowboarding community and delivers standout experiences for customers.

As a Keyholder or sales lead, you will drive a platinum customer experience, help open/close the store when needed, coach fellow associates, and support daily retail operations while embracing nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Keyholder or sales lead experience in a retail setting.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a specialty or sales-driven environment.
• Outgoing, social and enjoy engaging others.
• Able to effectively communicate with internal team members and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive a platinum experience for each Burton customer.
• Strive to achieve store sales goals.
• Open & close the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Take an active role in coaching and developing Store Associates.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and stay current on products, moments and events.
• Support daily retail operations to ensure smooth store functioning.
• Be an active member of the local community at in-store events.
