Store Manager

• Recruiting and training your team
• Managing all aspects of the retail business, including budgets and sales targets
• Creating a strong customer and staff experience, and operational excellence
• Regular self-assessment and seeking growth opportunities

Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Experience:

• Collaborate on plans to exceed sales goals and provide inclusive customer experiences
• Educate customers and staff on brand values and initiatives
• Enhance product knowledge and make informed recommendations
• Develop and execute business plans to meet KPIs and sales goals

Team Leadership:

• Coach and develop your team, create development plans, and provide constructive feedback
• Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through initiatives and training
• Address performance concerns empathetically with action plans
• Build diverse teams and support staff career growth

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including safety and anti-harassment standards
• Manage stock, inventory, and merchandising to optimize KPIs and sales
• Create schedules that meet store needs while supporting staff wellbeing

Qualifications:

Required:

• 3-5 years retail management experience
• Strong HR skills: hiring, scheduling, training, conflict resolution, performance management
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Customer service, supervisory, and sales expertise
• Interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethics
• Flexibility to work holidays, evenings, and weekends

Preferred:

• Experience with consultation-based customer service
• Proven staff development record
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and other systems
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB training
• Language skills in Spanish, French, or others
