Qualifications

• BA, BS or Associate’s degree required.
• Proven successful experience as a retail store manager with sales focus.
• Proficient computer skills, e.g., Microsoft Office; POS experience preferred.
• Flexibility in work schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Attention to detail and customer-centric leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create an animated, appealing store environment that motivates the team and delivers the customer experience.
• Build a customer-centric team by recruiting, training and retaining Associates to meet sales targets.
• Provide leadership to develop a culture of growth and accountability and deliver trainings and feedback.
• Plan and analyze the business to set strategic sales goals and measure KPI impact.
• Teach and share knowledge with the team and Home Office partners to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
• Run a safe, profitable, entertaining store while managing budgets, loss prevention and operations.
