Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Store Manager for our Vineland, NJ location to lead the team, drive sales and maintain profit margins. You will develop staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and recruit new team members in a jewelry retail environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management, POS experience, and the ability to interpret various instructions. Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily focus on standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and partner development.
• Recruit and select store team members and provide training and evaluation.
• Manage the P&L; follow and enforce company policies and procedures.

Store Manager

Our Store Managers are responsible for maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selection of team members. The Store Manager is also responsible for achieving profit margin goals by managing the P&L; following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures; and other operational and strategic duties.

Job Requirements:

• At least one year of retail management experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Salary

Base pay, $20.67 – $29.95 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
