Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uphold high customer service standards in our Columbia, SC store. You will coach team members, monitor performance, and ensure merchandise presentation aligns with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience required.
• Experience with jewelers or specialty retailers preferred.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

The Store Manager is responsible for maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selection of team members. The Store Manager is also responsible for achieving profit margin goals by managing the P&L; following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures; and other operational and strategic duties. Job Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends
