Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales and profitability at a retail location in the Phoenix area. The role focuses on maintaining standards, coaching a team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will train staff, monitor KPI performance, and ensure adherence to company policies while contributing to the company's overall growth and promotions from within philosophy.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily focus on standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.

Store Manager

Our Store Managers are responsible for maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selection of team members. The Store Manager is also responsible for achieving profit margin goals by managing the P&L; following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures; and other operational and strategic duties.
