Job summary

The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus for first-time hires and a pay range of $67,430.00 - $114,620.00, with Bridgestone advocating fair compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail sales management.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and problem solving.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Ability to upsell and handle personal sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Excellent teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and drive store sales and promotions.

• Track payroll, budgets and store goals.
• Manage, schedule and assign staff according to skill level.
