Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Store Manager for a Big O Tires franchise in Arkansas. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure service excellence.

You will coordinate sales, inventory, and safety, train employees, resolve customer issues, and uphold company standards across the location. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Retail, sales or tire/automotive leadership and management experience.
• Ability to obtain state vehicle inspection license within 1 year.
• Ability to learn concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate computers and office software.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to lead meetings.
• Ability to perform basic math and make change.
• Availability for holidays, weekends and after-hours shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to work with hazardous materials.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather.
• Valid driver's license and ability to communicate in English.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of store operations including sales, office, shop, and management.
• Ensure prompt opening and closing based on hours of operation.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits of services and products.
• Staff the store, implement training programs, and enforce policies.
• Review and manage payroll, inventory, and financial processes.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and approvals of purchases.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Lead safety, conduct meetings, and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure budgeted sales goals and gross profit targets are met.
