Job summary

Lamb's Tire & Automotive in Austin, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations for an automotive service and tire location. You will own customer experience, team development, safety, and financial results while driving growth and service standards.

You’ll recruit and coach staff, optimize store performance, and partner with district leadership to sustain operational excellence. Flexible schedule and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and lead teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing store performance, operational plans, KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a safe, inclusive work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and drive plans to meet targets (sales, car count, ARO, gross profit).
• Own store-level P&L by driving revenue, labor efficiency, and cost control.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS, including invoicing and returns.
