Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an exempt leadership Store Manager to oversee store operations, drive sales, and lead a team across a five-day, 40+ hour week, including weekends. Location-based responsibilities include payroll, budgeting and customer service excellence to boost loyalty and store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Ability to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driver’s license at all times to operate customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a flexible schedule typical of a 40+ hour work week across five days, including weekends.
• Drive store sales and promotions, building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage payroll, budgets and store goals, and track financial information.
• Schedule and supervise staff according to skill level.
• Attend paid training to stay up-to-date with automotive service industry developments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with received service.
