Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising displays.
• Assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Excellent teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid automobile driver’s license to drive customer and company vehicles.
