Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking an exempt Store Manager to lead operations with a flexible schedule that supports business needs. The role typically requires 40+ hours per week across five days, including weekends, with pay range $61,300.00–$104,200.00.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills for customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Assist customers for personal sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license and be able to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Customer service.
• Drive store sales and promotions.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty with teammates, customers, and the company.
• Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors.
• Track and meet payroll, budgets and store goals.
• Keep records and relevant financial information current.
• Manage, schedule and assign staff according to skill level.
• Attend paid training to stay updated in automotive service industry.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
