Qualifications

• Retail sales management experience.
• Strong problem-solving for customer complaints.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and displays.
• Ability to assist customers with sales and complaints to drive retention.
• Excellent teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
