Uniform Advantage Brands in Tacoma, WA seeks a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, motivate the team, and deliver outstanding service to healthcare professionals visiting our store.

You will work with the Store Manager to meet sales goals, manage staff, control expenses, and ensure the store is clean, stocked, and compliant with loss-prevention directives. Travel to local accounts may be required.

Formación

• Supervisory experience with team leadership and coaching.
• Strong organizational and professional communication skills.
• Multi-tasking across multiple customers and projects.
• Proficiency with Windows; POS training provided; Excel knowledge a plus.
• Able to work opening or closing shifts.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and online assessment.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve customers and drive sales through exceptional service.
• Lead and coach the store team; set goals and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet sales targets.
• Manage daily operations including staffing, cleanliness, and stock.
• Monitor expenses and follow loss prevention directives.
• Identify business concerns and communicate them to the Store Manager.
• Travel locally to visit key accounts, find new customers, and make deposits.
