Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous retail, agricultural, operations, or business management experience required.
• Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing employees, inventory, customer service, and operational processes preferred.
• Agricultural industry knowledge or experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the assigned retail location.
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient service.
• Set expectations for department managers and staff.
• Maintain staffing levels based on business needs.
• Ensure proper opening/closing, cash handling, and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Safety and other leaders to support store success.
• Monitor store performance and drive improvements.
