Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit including top line sales and customer service.
• Build the store team with hiring, staffing decisions, schedules and payroll, training and development.
• Execute company standards related to inventory, pricing, promotions, loss prevention and audits.
• Maintain regular attendance and a safe, productive work environment.
• Lead in-store operations and ensure alignment with WCTractor standards.
