Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all aspects of the store’s operations onsite. You will drive profitability, manage inventory levels, recruit and hire talent, and provide superior guest service.

The role requires leadership and hands-on coaching to develop a high-performing team, optimize scheduling, and monitor P&L. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends to meet guest demand.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• The role requires flexibility in hours, including evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to work at least 50 hours per week,includingone weekend per month

• Availability to be on call 24/7
