This is a full-time, salaried position overseeing all aspects of the store. If you have restaurant management experience, we want to utilize that. We promote from within, ensuring you understand every position you will lead. Your experience will expedite your understanding of all roles and set you up for success as a leader in our company.

This position requires working 5+ days per week, most weekends.

You are accountable for everything happening within your store—People, Operations, Sales, or Profits. This includes ensuring safety, training, and maintaining a positive culture. You will lead by example because your team will follow your lead. You must adhere to all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
