This is a full-time, salaried position overseeing all store operations. Restaurant management experience is preferred. We promote from within and ensure you understand every role you may lead. Your experience will accelerate your understanding of all positions and prepare you for successful leadership.
This role requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.
You are responsible for all store aspects—People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. This includes maintaining safety, training, and fostering a positive culture. Lead by example; your team will follow. Adhere strictly to all policies and procedures, expecting the same from your crew.
