This is a full-time, salaried position overseeing all aspects of the store. If you have restaurant management experience, we want to utilize that. Our promote-from-within mentality means you'll work and understand every position you will lead. Your experience will expedite your understanding of all roles and set you up for success as a leader.
This position requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.
You are accountable for everything within your store—People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. This includes ensuring safety, training, and maintaining a positive culture. You will lead by example because your team will follow your lead. You must adhere to ALL policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your team.
