Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager in Pottsville, PA. Responsibilities include:

1. Leading and inspiring a team of retail associates
2. Developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
3. Managing store operations, staffing, scheduling, and inventory
4. Maintaining high customer service standards
5. Overseeing visual merchandising and store appearance
6. Analyzing sales data and market trends
7. Implementing loss prevention strategies
8. Managing store finances, budgeting, and reporting
9. Collaborating with upper management
10. Resolving customer concerns professionally
11. Ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred
2. 3+ years retail management experience
3. Valid driver’s license with good MVR
4. Financial acumen
5. Problem-solving and inventory skills
6. Excellent communication and customer service skills
7. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
8. Leadership and team development skills
9. Experience with POS systems and retail software
10. Knowledge of merchandising and loss prevention
11. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
12. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand long periods

Additional Information

This role operates in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust. Requirements include flexible hours, physical ability to lift and carry, and long periods of standing and reaching.
