Reporting to the Operations Manager and above, the position is responsible for supervising and overseeing the sales performance of the store and ensuring proper shift assignments for staff. The Store Manager is also responsible for fostering an inclusive, passionate, energetic, and welcoming retail environment, and helping co-workers to grow and improve.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintain frequent and clear communication with the Regional Manager, ensuring compliance with company policies and store regulations.
2. Propose and establish achievable sales goals, inspiring and motivating staff to meet these targets.
3. Ensure all staff comply with operational standards and food safety and sanitation regulations.
4. Train, supervise, and discipline team members, providing ongoing feedback for improvement.
5. Foster a welcoming and energetic environment that embodies the vision and beliefs of Real Fruit Bubble Tea.
6. Demonstrate exceptional guest service and follow-up skills with customers and potential customers.
7. Assist in store operations, including preparing ingredients, maintaining inventory, ensuring cleanliness, and performing ad hoc tasks.

Expectation of Successful Candidate

• Minimum 2 years of management experience or 2 years of experience in the food industry.
• Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication.
