Rent A Center in Waterloo, IA is seeking a Store Manager who will drive sales, oversee customer accounts, and lead a team to deliver essential rental products and services. The role requires setting daily and weekly targets and ensuring profitability.

You will manage operations, oversee collections with integrity, control inventory and pricing, handle cash, and enforce company policies. A 3–5 year retail/management background and a valid driver's license are required; RAC’s Store Manager

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lead and train a team to meet store goals.

Responsibilities
