Job summary

Rent A Center in Rockford, IL is seeking a Store Manager to lead sales, oversee collections, and manage staff and store operations. You will set daily and weekly goals, direct coworkers, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue and growth, and protect company assets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of retail/management experience and completed RAC's Store Manager Development Program, with strong computer skills and a valid driver's license.
