Job summary

Rent A Center is seeking a Store Manager in the Leesburg, FL area to lead daily sales activities and drive profitability. You will oversee a team, approve rental agreements, and monitor performance against targets while ensuring exceptional service and operational standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of retail/management experience and have completed RAC's Store Manager Development Program. A valid driver's license is required to operate company vehicles and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily and weekly goals, oversee sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue growth.
• Account Management: oversee collections, follow-up on accounts needing manager intervention, approve commitments, train staff on procedures.
• Leadership: manage store resources, ensure policy compliance, protect assets, oversee inventory and pricing.
• Co-worker Management: train, schedule, hire, and retain staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
