EZCORP, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Store Team Leader to guide, coach and mentor a group of 3–10+ Sales Associates.

You will build strong relationships with customers and negotiate pawn and sales agreements while driving excellent service in a fast-paced retail setting. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years in a management role, strong leadership, organizational skills and a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Strong negotiation talents.
• Retail leadership and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 to 10+ Sales Associates while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Analyze reports and profitability statements and provide recommendations and action plans.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members and appraise their results.
• Schedule and supervise Team Members and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment and protect customers and staff.
