Job summary

EZPawn in Calumet City, IL, is seeking a results-driven leader to manage a team of 3 to 10+ sales associates, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.

You will negotiate pawn and sales transactions, analyze profitability, and drive coaching and development to achieve performance and career goals. This role offers a clear path for growth within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 to 10+ Sales Associates while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Negotiate pawn and sales agreements with customers.
• Analyze reports and profitability statements and provide recommendations and action plans.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members; monitor and appraise results.
• Schedule and assign Team Members and ensure timely results.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
• Maintain store security and a safe, clean environment.
• Comply with all legal requirements and store policies.
