EZCORP, Inc. is seeking a Store Team Leader in Falfurrias, TX. You will lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 to 10+ Sales Associates, delivering outstanding customer service and negotiating pawn and sales transactions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports and profitability statements and provide recommendations and action plans.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members; monitor and appraise performance.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to Team Members to support performance and career goals.
• Schedule and assign Team Members; ensure store operations are met and tasks completed.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines; implement security measures.
• Market and display merchandise to meet store standards while maintaining a safe environment.
• Comply with all legal requirements and store policies; uphold standards and procedures.
