Job summary

Baskin-Robbins in Starke, FL is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage team development. Reporting to the franchisee, you will implement standards, supervise staff, and oversee inventory, scheduling, and cash controls.

The ideal candidate has food service experience, strong leadership, and proven coaching abilities with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and cost control. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food service industry is required.
• Food Safety/Serve Safe Certification is a plus.

Store Manager

As a General Manager you administer, direct and oversee the effective recruitment and development of your subordinates. The General Manager is directly responsible for ensuring the proper implementation and effective application of all operational standards of quality service & cleanliness. A General Manager will operate his/her restaurant in a cost effective manner by assisting in obtaining goals set forth by upper management. A General Manager must demonstrate sufficient application of knowledge and leadership, always remain engaged and in tune with customers and employees needs and drive towards the continuous improvement of overall store operations.
